Is it possible to create a notification email based on a due date on a questionnaire? We would like to be able to send reminder emails to people a couple of weeks before the due date.
Hi Frances, If this is for incidents, we have explored the ability to send out reminder emails for overdue incidents with InPhase a few months ago.
It is possible, but the only thing holding us back from implementing is that any historical overdue incidents will all be emailed and then sent again monthly until all the records are closed down. (Staff are concerned about number of emails they may receive). For new records, the system will send out a reminder (e.g. after 3 working days from creation) and then again a month later until the record is closed down.
I would suggest raising a ticket and having a teams call with the help desk for them to fully explain this to you.
