Welcome to the new Community portal
We are excited to launch a brand-new customer support portal packed with insights, updates, and tips tailored just for you. This documentation center includes resources for all Ideagen applications, not just DevonWay products. As we are expanding to better serve you, we are making some changes now to prepare for the launch.
DevonWay Docs
DevonWay docs has moved to the Help tab of the customer support portal. While these new pages do have a different URL, current DevonWay Docs links are still active giving you time to update any saved bookmarks and can suggest new articles for you to review. Every day more helpful documentation articles are being added!
DevonWay University Self-Paced Courses
Over the coming months new and updated self-paced courses will move to the Skills section of the support portal. These bite sized videos walk new users through features such as dashboards, reports, and charts.
Newsletter and Release Notes
Many of you have signed up for our technology updates and to receive notification of Release Notes. The technology updates and release notifications are moving to the community tab of the support portal.
In addition to the release notes and technical updates, you are invited to engage in community discussions concerning industry topics and to gain insights from experts.
To continue to receive technology and release updates in your inbox, you will need to sign up — we are not able to add you automatically due to privacy and communication preferences. This means you must opt in to stay connected.
