Damstra Check
Hi
[Redacted] has been using Damstra Check for years but has recently been logged out and can’t get back in.
I’ve issued a new token, but it isn’t working. We’ve deleted the app, restarted the phone, and reinstalled it, but the issue is still happening.
[Redacted] is logging in via Token #, entering:

Surname: [Redacted]
-
Token number
He receives the message: “Login failed – please provide correct surname or token.”
Could someone please investigate this for us?
