Task and subsequent action items - how to create a 'tree'

Hi all! Can anyone help with following (EHS) question?Yesterday we performed a task that focused on a safety check round. We created the task in VTRAC. The result of that round was a number of findings (all related to the same topic) that now need to be created as action-items in VTRAC.Is there a way to connect these action items to yesterday’s task?  Is there a way to create a main action item (since all actions relate to the same topic) with underlying sub-action items? Hope someone can help!

Hello! Does anyone know if we can save an app entry as a draft and come back to finish it? For example, if someone is filling out the form (Safety Committee) on an app and need to pause to come back, there isn’t a way (that I know of) they can save and come back to it later.

You've got multiple audits lined up across various locations, each with its unique requirements.Currently, we have a robust system in place that allows us to select multiple locations, set up recurring patterns, and customize program details. However, I'm eager to hear your thoughts on whether this approach meets your needs:In the current system, we can select multiple locations for a particular protocol when creating corporate audit programs. Additionally, we have the option to set up a recurring pattern for these programs if needed. Moreover, at the top of the audit management screen, there is a handy copy feature that allows us to tailor the setup of program details for different locations and recurring patterns if needed as well.Keep in mind that the copy audit program functionality should be enabled, and the copy feature will be visible to any user who has "Add Program" Permission.Your feedback is crucial in ensuring that our systems align perfectly with your team's requirements.
