Question
Is there a way to restrict the Active Document Register content for certain groups ?
+2I just wondered if there are any options to restrict active documents to be available to particular groups , my situation is that we have sub contractors who require to have access to certain documents but not wider company documents available on the register as believe if we provide access at the moment there is a risk they would have visibility to all activated documents . At the moment our only option is to copy the documents into a secured repository outside of the Document Module .
If this isnt possible appreciate options/ideas on how we may manage this , with minimal work and copying of documentation .
