Luminate Community + Skills: One login for learning and connecting 🔁
+8We've been making some changes to how Luminate works — and we think you're going to like them.
From 1st June 2026, Luminate Community and Luminate Skills are unified under a single log-in. This means that when you log into Luminate, you'll see everything you have access to in one place — no more switching between accounts or trying to remember multiple passwords.
What will I see when I log in?
Your Luminate home will show you all the content and resources available to you based on your organisation's Customer Success Plan. If you're on a Standard or Premier plan, that includes full access to Luminate Skills. If you're on an Essential plan, Skills access is available to up to three named users per organisation.
Think something looks wrong?
If you log in and feel your access doesn't look quite right — whether that's content you expected to see that isn't there, or questions about what your organisation's plan includes — we'd love to hear from you. Just drop us a message at access.luminate@ideagen.com and we'll get it sorted.
