Access to Ideagen Luminate is changing 🔑
Last year, we launched Ideagen Luminate - our customer experience portal designed to provide you with all resources needed to onboard and upskill your users on your solutions, regardless of their experience level.
Since then, we've been working to better understand you - our customers - to simplify access and deliver more relevant content, without the need to juggle multiple usernames and passwords.
What’s changing?
We’re moving to a unified Luminate account that brings Community and Skills together under one sign in. This means:
- Fewer credentials to manage
- Easier access across Luminate
- More personalised content based on your organisation and role
As part of this change, Luminate Skills content will be made available exclusively through our Customer Success Plans.
What does this mean for me?
If you’re already on a Customer Success Plan, you’ll continue to have access to Luminate Skills as part of your plan benefits*.
If you’re not yet on a Customer Success Plan and would like to retain access to the e-learning content, signing up for a plan is the best way to do so - with additional benefits available depending on the plan you choose.
