A user at my workplace is receiving the following error and I am uncertain how to resolve the problem.

Hello,
That error typically means Workload is trying to load a task list for the user, but something in their assignments or profile data is causing a conflict, for example, a duplicate task link or a reference to a record that no longer exists.
It’s not something that can be resolved from the front end unless you know exactly which record is causing it, so the quickest route is to have our Support team check the affected account and remove the offending link.
When raising a ticket, please include:

The username affected
-
The exact date and time they clicked Workload and saw the error

A screenshot of the error message

Hi Sam,
I have submitted a ticket. We are having the issue with multiple users at this point, I have had at least a dozen contact me.
Question, I just did the Academy integration, could this have somehow triggered this to occur?
