No-downtime Production Updates (2.63.4) starting Thursday, February 5th, 2026, and Maintenance
+1Platform Update
We are planning no-downtime updates to deliver Platform release 2.63.4 to the following areas:
- US Production: Thursday, February 5th
- US Government Cloud Production: Thursday, February 12th
- Europe and Canada Production: Wednesday, February 18th

Action
Please report any unexpected behavior that you notice in your US Config (Build, Test, and UAT) areas, which we plan to update with this new version on Friday, January 30th. (We will postpone the Production update if we're not confident in its quality.) This release will reach the European and Canadian Config areas on Wednesday, February 11th.
Maintenance
No-downtime software maintenance on US Production servers:
- Between Tuesday, February 17th, and Thursday, February 19th.
- No-downtime software maintenance on European and Canadian servers as outlined in the Maintenance Schedule.
