No-downtime Production Update on Tuesday, December 16th
The No-downtime Production Update (2.63.1.1) deployed on Thursday, December 11th, 2025, in our European and Canadian data centers introduced an issue that prevents users from viewing uploaded files directly in the application (files can still be downloaded). We will resolve this on Tuesday, December 16th, 2025, with a targeted fix that will not require downtime or service restarts.
