No-downtime Production Update (2.63.2.1) Wednesday, January 7th, 2026
+2The No-downtime Production Update on Thursday, December 18, 2025 introduced a session management issue that can cause object locks to persist longer than intended. This issue only affects the US Production environment — European, Canadian, and GovCloud environments are not impacted.
We're deploying a targeted patch to US Production on Thursday, January 8, 2026 to resolve this issue. Release notes are available here. (We ended up delaying this release by a day, so note that the original version of this post, and the title, reference January 7th.)
