Important changes coming to our mobile application.
Starting November 20th, 2025, the DevonWay 2 mobile app will be renamed Ideagen EHSQ Enterprise with platform-specific updates detailed below.
iOS and Windows Platforms
The following changes will take effect:
- Application Name: DevonWay 2 → Ideagen EHSQ Enterprise
- Visual Identity: Updated icon design aligned with Ideagen's EHSQ branding

User Impact Summary:
- Standard Users: All functionality and login credentials remain identical—only the name and icon will change
- MDM-Managed Deployments: The underlying package identifier stays the same, ensuring automatic updates through existing MDM systems without additional IT intervention. We suggest alerting end users about the visual changes they'll see on their devices.
Android Platform
We're currently developing a completely new Android application that will match iOS capabilities and features. During this development phase, the existing Android app will retain the DevonWay 2 name.
Once the new version launches (targeted for mid-December), it will adopt the same Ideagen EHSQ Enterprise branding as other platforms. A dedicated announcement will follow closer to that release date.
Recommended Actions: Please communicate these changes to your teams proactively and update any documentation, training materials, or procedures that reference DevonWay 2 or its current branding.

I'm so sorry your team has been dealing with this! I’ve escalated this issue and your technical account manager will be reaching out to you shortly to get this sorted out.
While the current app is working well for most users, the upcoming Android updates will bring some great new features and functionality that should enhance everyone's experience.
