Have your say: a new way to share feedback on Help 📝
We’ve introduced a new article feedback widget across Help, giving you a clearer and more meaningful way to tell us what you think. Instead of the old “Was this helpful?” buttons, you can now rate each article as excellent, good or poor, and quickly highlight what worked or what didn’t.

You’ll also see:
- Pre‑defined options to help you pinpoint any issues
- Optional comment boxes if you want to share more detail
- Your feedback going straight to the people who maintain and improve the knowledgebase

Why we’ve made this change
The previous yes/no option didn’t give enough insight into what was helpful, what could be improved or what you’d like to see more of. By giving you more choice and more space to explain, we can better understand what’s working well and where we can make things even clearer. This helps us make updates that genuinely make a difference.
