LSRF vs Repository Folder
A while back, someone from support reviewed our setup and told us we need to create an LSRF folder separate from our Repository folder that we had used for years. So we created a network share folder called AM_LSRF and gave access to the Q Pulse users. I noticed that in the new AM_LSRF folder we created, it has some of the same folders that are in the original repository folder, but the original repository folder has many more folders in it.
In the Setup Options for Q Pulse, should we direct everyone to the AM_LSRF folder and then remove the duplicate folders that are in the original repository folder?
It’s kinda crazy that in order to use Q Pulse at our company, you need access to both of those folders and access to the database. None of it really makes sense to any of us here.
