Our current Q-Pulse licence is due to expire on 30 September 2026.
Q-Pulse details:

- Licence: Advanced Technology Company – G13887 #1
- Expiry Date: 30 September 2026, 4:50 PM
- Primary User Licences: 30
- Secondary User Licences: 150
Could you please confirm what will happen after the licence expires? In particular, we would like to know whether users will still be able to use Q-Pulse normally, including:
- Creating new Incidents and Occurrences
- Updating and closing existing Incidents/Occurrences
- Accessing existing records and documents
- Using the other currently licensed Q-Pulse modules
if any functions will be restricted after the expiry date.
We would appreciate your clarification before the licence expires.
