One user is getting this error message when trying to open documents that open for other people.

I’m happy to assist with resolving this but require some more information. Are you using Ideagen Audit Analytics? If so, which specific documents are trying to access and from where? If you aren’t using Audit Analytics, which Ideagen product are you using?
