Question
Document Disappeared from Document Tree
+1I recently tried to hyperlink a controlled document in Ideagen Quality Management system by Copy-and-Paste the URL into a Word document. After hyperlinking it, I returned to Ideagen to open the Document Tree to verify, the document disappeared.
It still shows up on my Advanced search, so the item still exists. I also looked up the Audit Trail and it did not show anything happened to the document.
Can anyone help?
+1Ideagen Support was great in the troubleshooting process. I could locate the disappeared item and put it back where it belongs. To troubleshoot, I looked at Document Properties. Under “View Location” hyperlink, the system took me to the sub-folder where I mistakenly dragged and dropped the item. Thanks, Hitesh Koribettu !!
