+1Hello, we use the Training database / training records for authorisations.
When someone leaves they get deactivated / pacified.
Question: If someone has left the company, is it possible to retrieve their training records / certificates e.g. for an audit.

hi, users are deactivated (never deleted). So, you will have access to the historical data.

Yes, that’s what we thought, however, when we tried to retrieve a certificate at the request of the person who left, we couldn’t access it.
When we tried to open “FRAH 282” there was nothing there.
+2I use to have attendees certificates as “attachments”. Check in people module, event, evaluations...
+1Thank you for your time with this. The layout of your example looks very similar to ours. When we click on the 3 dots, for this particular person who has left the company, nothing happens / opens.
We would expect to see all certs when we click on the 3 dots e.g.
+1Just in case anyone else comes across this issue, the resolution is:
Admin reactivated the archived person
I still couldn’t see any historical records
I then shut down my IQM, re-opened it and could then see the historical records
Admin then deactivated the person
