System down (like always)
+1Our system is again down and support are currently ignoring us (not responding to emails)
Our contract manager is on holiday.
Who do I contact? can’t find a phone number to anyone?
Any one else really not enjoying the system after the migration? It has barely worked since September.
+2Hi, we have performance issues but is manageable. And many small bugs like not able to import users using the template.
We are on version v7.9.1.0, and waiting for new release v7.10, including lot of fixes and user experience improvements….let’s see what happen

We can login and view documents and thats it - can’t acknowledge, approve or review anything.
We have also had a longstanding issue (since September) where only someone with Admin rights can activate documents. I can’t describe how frustrating this is.
We were also updated to 7.9.15 without anyone mentioning it to us, so thats always fun.
