Question
SSO integration V 7.9.1.1
+1I am not sure if anyone ran into this issue. We have updated our SSO to work with in Sandbox envt. Logging in to the system took few tries but it works. What does not work is when articles such as Policies are assigned to users and reviewed, users have to approve the updated change. SSO button is present which then leads to Microsoft account entry and Authentication. This is where the process fails with error “ xxxx.iqmp.ideagen.com says Failed to Authenticate” I have validated our SSO setup .. Any ideas?
