Restricted Document Views
Hi Fellow Users!
I have inherited a database without user security groups, instead all users have documents (full Access) or no access. I have created a new document type and a user group (for new users) that restricts those new users to only viewing the new document type but…
Is there a way to restrict the document reviews for existing users with documents (full Access) so they can’t view the new document type I’ve created- basically I want to avoid the huge job of redefining access levels through the removal of documents (full access)
Hope someone out there can please help…
