Recurrent sync issue in iOS mobile app, version 2.8.0
Hello!
We have a pretty frequent issue where the iOS app errors out when trying to sync to the server to push updates to our ipads that we use for offline document access (which has to be up to date at all times, so the sync failure causes a gap in compliance). There are three errors that appear: 2 error messages or the app just crashing. The only thing that we have figured out for “fixing” the issue (per our IT dept) is to just keep trying until it works, however I have spent several hours over several days just trying and trying again to no avail. The only time it becomes successful is when I bring them over to IT and my IT guy does the same exact thing that I’ve been doing.
Here’s one error we see:

And the other one just says “Unable to Sync - Unable to complete a sync. Ideagen Quality Management server may be down”. We know that the server isn’t down because we’re accessing it just fine elsewhere.
Anybody have a better solution to these errors beyond just centering all of my work hours around trying again?
