Hi everyone,

I have being asked to get the IQM (AKA Q-Pulse) Mobile app up and going for Audit.  I got IT to place the App onto an Ipad.  The screen at the very start of my Log In. asks for the Server URL.  To which my IT have put the DRS link.  When I then they the Advance Username and password I get a message stating UNAUTHORIZED - You are not authorized to connect to this server.  Please use advanced settings to enter a network account.

I was so excited to get this for Audit but 7 days later and the joy has left me.

Any advice would be gratefully appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

Version 7.3 in an apple ipad i think.  I am not tech minded.
