Moving Accounts for User from Primary to Secondary Licence

I have being asked to move a number of current/active accounts from Primary Licence to Secondary Licence.
1.Can you let me know how to easy do this?
- What are the effects of moving from Primary to Secondary on the system?
- Is there any way to do this for a large amount at one time? Thank you for any advise in advance.

Hi
Primary and Secondary licenses have different access to functionality (secondary is more limited). Here is a link to a comparison between the two: Comparison of Ideagen Quality Management (Professional) licences
With regards to the editing, I believe you would have to do it one by one in the Administration module → Security → People and then ticking the box “Assign a secondary user license when available”(Assigning secondary user licenses)
It might be possible to edit it with the “Bulk Edit” function but I have personally not tried this before.
