Left Users Outstanding Actions i.e Document Acknowledgments
+1Hello,
When you have users that leave the business and you archive them, when they have outstanding actions like Document acknowledgements, is there any way you can do this easily?
Currently I have to reassign ownership to an admin account and sign them off myself with a comment.
Is there anything else that other users do that works better?

+2Hi, we are doing the same manual actions.
No workaround.
+1As an admin, I tend to do these acknowledgements in chunks.
I don’t re-assign ownership but I’ll acknowledge on their behalf - by organising them by “Date Acknowledged”, I can then just Ctrl + Left-Click all of the users with italicised names and then acknowledge in bulk, which might speed things up a little. It still highlights that the acknowledgement was completed by a different user so its clear to see when I or another admin has done this.
