Failed cloud v7.9.1.5 upgrade - no exact downtime period given
Our system was due to be upgraded on ‘w/c 27 April.’ We moved to the cloud platform last year in hopes for smoother upgrade cycles. We have been very disappointed in the lack of communication. We expect to be told of outages and when the downtime will occur as a time window rather than a vague weeklong span.
I have started this conversation to look for answers for my organisation into how we get this vital information.
On Friday morning last week, our eQMS was down, and we had no alerts from Ideagen that the upgrade had occurred and also failed. We require it for producing to go ahead - if it is down we stand to lose a production and incur downtime loss.
Our Sales executive was not contactable and we have been left to pick up the aftermath.
