I am currently testing Ideagen before we transfer from Qualtrax. I created workflows with no problem. However, the email actions are not going out to anyone.. Is this an Ideagen test problem or is it a problem for out IT department?

We had a similar problem with certain e-mail messages not working recently. Then, after an update to 7.8.1.1, it stopped working altogether.
Ideagen support were able to fix it, though it took over an hour on a remote session with lots of testing before the reason was found. I believe there’s a messaging account in the People list that must be active. In our system, the password has expired and the account had become locked.
Your issue may be different but worth checking (or asking Ideagen support to check) if possible.
