Dynamic Copyholder Templates
Hi all,
Documents can sometimes be missed and not distributed to the right people if they have changed roles or if a new person has joined the team and there has not been time to update the copyholder templates. Has anyone else experienced this?
Would it be possible to create dynamic copyholder templates, i.e. Distribute document IF Job Role “xyz” is TRUE?
If a workaround already exists and I’m not aware, please let me know!! :) Thank you.

We're currently building out a Reference Groups feature for IQMP which will go some way towards addressing this. It allows administrators to define named groups, assign them to Document Types, and manage membership centrally — so when someone joins or leaves a team, one update cascades across all associated documents rather than requiring individual template changes.
In the initial release, this will ensure the right people always have access to the relevant documents. Active distribution notifications based on group membership aren't in scope for the first release, but it's a natural next step and your use case is a good articulation of why that matters.
I'll make sure this thread gets an update as the feature progresses. In the meantime, if you have more detail on your workflow it's always useful context for us.
