Question
Document active date
Would love some help please! We currently have our documents set to keep active date fixed (the date when the document originally became live) and review date to update when a document is reviewed. In some instances however, active date is updating after a review has been performed. For the life of me, I can’t work out where I can fix this. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

From my experience, the active date only changes if you revise the document i.e. create a new revision. So the “active date” is only for that specific revision (and previous revisions’ dates can be viewed in the Obsolete/Inactive register).
If the revision number is staying the same but the active date is changing then unfortunately I don’t know what could be causing this!
