Document acknowledgement permissions and visibility
Hi Everyone,
I’m looking for guidance on best practices for requesting employees to acknowledge a document in the system without allowing them to acknowledge it on behalf of someone else. Unfortunately, at the moment this is possible, and I haven’t been able to find a way to restrict that permission.
Additionally, is there a way to limit the visibility of the acknowledgement actions, so that each employee only sees the acknowledgement line associated with their own name, rather than seeing acknowledgement actions for all employees across the company?
The screenshot below shows our current setup, which is what’s currently visible to all users.
Any advice on configuration and permissions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
