Hi @Habreen, unfortunately a deleted document record can't be recovered. Our Help article on managing a Document says that deleted Documents, and deleted revisions, can't be brought back.

Before you assume it's gone, it's worth checking the Inactive and Obsolete registers in the Documents module. A Document that was deactivated rather than deleted stays in the system outside the active registers, and you can reinstate it at any time. Open the record, click the More menu and select Reinstate. In the Windows client, click Actions and select Reinstate Document... instead. If the record isn't in either register, it has been deleted.

To avoid this in future, our Help articles recommend deactivating Documents you no longer need rather than deleting them, unless the record was created by mistake, for example as a duplicate. It's also worth reviewing who holds the Document Delete permission, which allows a user to delete a document or a revision.
