Question
Can't draft approve document
Hi. I am an admin trying to draft approve a document, but the option is greyed out. The only difference I can note from other documents is that the file attachment is a PDF which seems to be already imbeded in IQM. Could this be what is stopping the draft approved option from being available?

Sometimes is because there is a dependency on multiple people to approve.

I have confirmed all the approvals have been performed. I have the option to Activate the draft but not Draft Approve the draft
+2I think you need to create an approval template to activate actions, then you can move to draft approved
