Question
CA/PA Edit Additional Fields - Permission
+1Despite having assigned a user group the ‘CA/PA Edit Additional Fields Permission’ in the CA/PA Module, the entire Additional Fields sections remains greyed out for them. I have populated it with a dropdown to select from in User Field 1 and I can use the dropdown on records with my system admin access, but the users cannot regardless of whether I add the permission to the dynamic role(s) or their relevant static permission group. Any idea what’s preventing this from working???
