Automatic Distribution of documents
Hi all,
Is there any way that when updating a copyholder template (or personnel department list or group), the system will automatically distribute documents new personnel when the template or group is used in the document distribution?
As people move departments or there are new people added to the system, I don’t know of a way to automatically distribute documents when personnel are added (or removed) from a template / group.
At the moment the only way I can see to do this is to add / remove individuals on each document but this is an almost impossible admin task when there are 100s of documents in the system.

+2Hi, you can create a template on documents module for automatically assign approvers and copyholders.
The distribution action is manual.
We already requested Ideagen to create a fully automated feature, but is not available yet.
