Hi
We are new to the Ideagen system. We are doing some testing in the system and cannot work out why someone can’t approve a document. The approve “stamp” below is greyed out.

Is this a permission issue?

Hi Sanda, this sounds like permissions. Can you double check if the user has the Document Respond permissions assigned?
You can easily check this by editing the user in the Admin module, opening the permissions tab and then clicking on the View Effective button. This will show all permissions the user has and how they’ve inherited them.
