Safe Food Latest Releases Summary – June 2026 ✨

We're excited to share the latest updates to Ideagen Safe Food. Our June release brings smoother day-to-day workflows across users, dashboards, and notifications, along with an important fix based directly on your feedback.

⭐ No more notifications on archived or deleted items

Why this matters: Previously, the scheduler could still fire on items that had been archived or deleted, generating document reviews and other notifications for things you or your suppliers thought were no longer active. This is now fixed, so archived and deleted items stay out of the queue for good. If you've raised tickets about unexpected reviews or notifications on retired documents, this is the fix.

⭐ Email address visible on Users and Invitations

Why this matters: You can now see each user's email address directly on the Users and Invitations tabs, making it quicker to confirm details or search your user list without digging through individual records.

⭐ Business Group dashboard gets a smoother look

Why this matters: Business Group dashboard charts have moved to our updated charting engine, giving you a cleaner, faster-loading view of your data.

⭐ Fixes and polish

We've also tidied up a few things behind the scenes this month:

• Corrected a misalignment on the risk grid across program and record pages
• Fixed the Read & Understood workflow not appearing correctly in My Actions
• Resolved an issue affecting bulk report generation

Good to know: some of these fixes were rolled out progressively across the month as part of our regular release cycle.
