The new Customer Master Data API lets you synchronise customer records directly into Ideagen Safe Food from external systems such as your CRM, keeping your data accurate and up to date automatically. This joins our growing suite of Master Data APIs covering Suppliers, Materials, Employees, Documents, and Final Products.

• Supplier Contact Summary dashlet now displays the most recent data correctly, rather than showing historical data only

We've resolved a number of customer-reported issues this release, including fixes for:

• Dashboard & visibility — actions, documents pending review/approval, and dashboard views not displaying correctly
• Notifications & workflow — notifications not sending and email errors in workflow processes
• Configuration & reporting — Documents Overview Reports updated to improve accuracy and consistency of results; scheduling validation and interface visibility issues resolved
