Hi, the report will allow you to publish the assessment result along with likelihood and impact comments but it is not possible to print likelihood and impact as separate values. They are shown as one value which is the assessment result. Happy to walk you through this on a call if you’d like.

We acknowledge that the current solution allows users to view the overall risk score and associated RAG status. However, the previous Ideagen Aon platform also provided the ability to report and analyse the individual Likelihood and Impact components alongside the overall exposure score.

We would like this functionality reinstated as a matter of urgency, or alternatively for Ideagen to provide a clear implementation roadmap and timescale for its delivery.

Likelihood and Impact are fundamental components of risk assessment and are widely recognised within ISO 31000 and other established risk management frameworks. The absence of dedicated reporting for these elements limits trend analysis, management insight and governance reporting. As a result, we would welcome an explanation of the rationale behind this product decision and an understanding of whether the omission is temporary or represents a strategic direction for the platform.

From our perspective, reporting solely on the overall score does not provide sufficient visibility of whether changes in risk exposure are being driven by increasing likelihood, increasing impact, or a combination of both. This information is important for effective risk oversight, assurance and decision-making.

That is very pleasing to hear.
