Filing issues on New Outlook
I’m having an issue on New Outlook. When sending an email I set the the email to not file, and afterwards an old style filing box shows up after the email is sent about 3 to 10 seconds after the email is sent. Why is it trying to double file things?

It sounds like you have 2 or more different versions of Mail Manager installed (the web version for New Outlook and possibly the desktop version which is a pre release for new outlook).
We can't really tell unless you send a screenshot of the error through to Mail Manager support here - Submit a request – Ideagen Help
But the short answer is that you need to uninstall one of your Mail Manager versions, however we don't have enough detail to know which one.
