We'd love to hear your thoughts on features, usability, or what you love about Ideagen Luminate.
When we try to file emails in MM many projects don’t file. They are either Cancelled or have Error: the remote server returned an error in the Progress column. We do not have a physical server. I have requested help with this before but it keeps happening.
Can anyone help with this?

Hi Alisa,
I suspect that some or all of your filing locations have broken paths, or the folders or names have been changed or deleted.
Someone who knows Mail Manager (like your IT or someone who manages your Mail Manager setup) will need to go to Mail Manager > Tools > Locations and find all the broken paths and fix them up.
Assuming that you use shared collections that is.
