Hi everyone!

I'm new to Ideagen Luminate and to this community, so please bear with me as I find my feet! As an administrator, I've been using Ideagen Policy Connect for a little while. I'll be honest — I'm finding it a little difficult to navigate and not very intuitive for me at this stage. I'm sure it's just a matter of getting to know the platform better!

I'm keen to find the right training resources to help me work more efficiently and build a better understanding of the system as a whole. I want to make sure I'm getting the most out of it for my organisation. Could anyone point me in the right direction? Whether it's specific training modules, video tutorials, webinars or tips from your own experience — I'd really appreciate any guidance the community can offer.
