Is anybody else having trouble accessing lists in Question Manager? The dropdown seems to have disappeared in our UAT system. Have I accidentally clicked something to turn it off?

Are you still experiencing this issue? I wanted to check in to advise I have just tried now and am able to see our lists. I can’t say for certain, but maybe it was a temporary glitch (if the issue is now resolved)?
As InPhase is a web based platform, if you have any Internet or Network errors this can impact on the running of InPhase - I have definitely experienced this on multiple occasions! When users advise me that InPhase is running slow or are experiencing errors, the first check I will do is to identify if there are any local network / Internet issues.

Thanks for replying Robert. This has been a problem for us for a couple of months now. Our UAT system is on version 24.2.0.6 whereas our live system is version 24.2.0.13, so I wonder if it is just an issue with this specific version.

I am sorry to hear that this is still an issue for you. This could very well be the cause, but I am not 100% sure I’m afraid. Our InPhase is currently version 24.2.0.12, but not experiencing the same at this time.
