We would ideally like to be able to amend the task form, so that we can remove the elements within the form that we don’t need and streamline the form so that it gains more use with users that don’t operate InPhase very often. We know we can add questions, however, we can’t add them in the order that we want users to fill them out.

This is an excellent idea. Our staff really struggle with ‘Tasks’ they do no understand all the functionality and therefore don’t use it. It would be so much better if we could edit it to the needs of our own organisation like the rest of the system
