We'd love to hear your thoughts on features, usability, or what you love about Ideagen Luminate.
You said, we did! Improving content with your help 📝
We really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. Your feedback helps us understand what matters to you and gives us the insight we need to make our content better. We also wanted to take a moment to show you the real impact your feedback is having, because the changes we make genuinely start with you.
What happens when you give us feedback?
When you leave feedback on an article, you can tell us exactly what is and isn't working, whether your question wasn’t answered, the information was outdated or hard to understand, or even if you loved it and just wanted to let us know!
Every piece of feedback is reviewed by our Customer Experience team. Depending on what you’ve told us, we’ll either:
- Improve the existing article — tidying up the language, adding missing steps, correcting inaccurate information, or making it easier to navigate.
- Create a brand new article — if your question isn’t covered anywhere in our knowledge base, we’ll pass it to a subject matter expert to fill that gap.
Here's what your feedback helped us change this month
We received over 150 feedback submissions this month, with a whopping 60.5% being positive ratings! We’re so glad Luminate is helping light the way forward, and we truly appreciate every comment you share with us. The remaining feedback highlighted areas for improvement, ranging from small tweaks to larger rewrites, and we’ve addressed every single one.
To show what your feedback looks like in practice across our solutions, here are just a few of the bigger changes we made this month:
Ideagen Please Review
What you told us: The existing article didn't cover how to reopen an automatically closed review to address and resolve comments.
What we changed: We worked with our subject matter expert to create a brand new article: Reopening a review.
Why it matters: This was a real gap in our guidance. Now, no matter what stage your review is at, you’ll have a clear place to find the answers you need.
Ideagen Workforce Safety
What you told us: This article was hard to understand, had too much detail, and was difficult to navigate.
What we changed: We gave the article a thorough tidy-up; streamlining the content and improving the structure so it's easier to find what you need.
Why it matters: Finding what you need should be simple, so we've made the article easier to navigate and more straightforward to follow.

Ideagen Quality Management Core
What you told us: There's no scheduled task called "Document and Workflow Indexer", instead, there's a task called "Indexer" with an action called "Qualtrax Document and Workflow Indexer", and it isn't editable.
What we changed: We investigated and confirmed this relates specifically to the workflow indexer. Ideagen-hosted users won't have the option to edit this, but on-premises users can. We've added a note to the article to make this clear.
Why it matters: No more wondering if you're looking in the wrong place, the article now tells you exactly what to expect based on how you're hosted.
