🎫 How to raise a new support ticket
- Head to the Support tab on the main Luminate page
- Browse for your Ideagen product
- Click "Open a Support ticket" to fill in the request form (bookmark this page for next time!)
FAQs
How do I reset your password?
If you’ve raised a ticket with us in the new support system then you will probably already have a set of credentials. Check out the sign-up and sign-in guide for details on how to log in.
What about my existing tickets?
Nothing to worry about — any tickets already in progress will stay in the legacy system and continue as normal. All new tickets go through Luminate from today.
📅 Please note: from 31 October 2026, we'll no longer respond to support requests sent by email. Emails after that date will get an automatic reply pointing you to Luminate's online form.
