A little about me…
I have been with Ideagen for almost five years now, and some of you may recognise my name. I started out in the support team, where I covered both frontline and escalated support for products including Coruson, Q-Pulse Cloud, Pentana Risk, Qualsys and WorkRite.
I joined the Ideagen Community team in October 2022 and have been involved in the project from the very beginning. Everything you see and do on Ideagen Community has had some form of technical input from me. I have worked on everything from the design and development of the platform to the creation of the content and resources that you can find. I am passionate about helping people, and I believe that Ideagen Community can be a valuable resource for everyone.
I am proud to have played a role in the development of Ideagen Community. I cannot wait to meet our brand-new users and continue to build an incredible community space together.

Blast off
Good day from Tampa Bay,
Bob Letzeisen, Sr. Account Manager, Sales Consultant and Customer Advocate here. SME for the Mobile Impact Platform which I have been involved with for the past 22 years. What a GREAT opportunity to share, collaborate, and find the information you need or want in this easy to use robust community portal. Can’t wait to watch it launch and grow up right in front of our eyes!
Mark Poyser here from Pre-sales. I will have been with Ideagen for 3 years this year when August arrives. I have been exposed to various products over that time, from Quality Mangement, Training and Collaboration. My main focus now is with Collaboration.
I like to get my hands dirty and get stuck into the detail of how a product works, which helps in my role in Pre-sales to be able to best advise our existing and prospective customers for how our software solutions can best solve the challenges they are experiencing.
I am looking forward to sharing my knowledge in the Community to help solve customer queries and questions.
Hi all, I’m Alan Blair and I’m the Technical Content Manager here at Ideagen and I’ve been with the business for over 16 years. I started in 2007 delivering first line support for Q-Pulse (AKA Ideagen Quality Management) and I have gone through a few different roles over the years while working on a selection of products/solutions in the Ideagen portfolio.
Right now I’m working on Ideagen Help, which is the knowledgebase for all of our products. This involves bringing our existing content up to date, producing new material (for product updates, new product launches and reacting to common customer queries) as well as doing some work on the website experience.
I can’t wait to collaborate with our passionate customerbase so that Ideagen Help can be even better and contribute to your success using our software.
Hi, I’m Catherine Elliott, Customer Success Team Manager. I’ve been with Ideagen since 2019 and am always inspired by improving the experience for our customers. Myself and my team work with new business to get them off to the best possible start and ensure they are getting value from their software at the earliest opportunity.
In the early days it can be more challenging for customers to ask the right questions - you don’t know what you don’t know! This forum, along with support from Customer Success and other Ideagen teams is a great place to help new users get started quickly and successfully! Really looking forward to engaging with everyone as part of the community!
Greetings from the Washington DC area of the USA. I run Pentana Audit MK for the US Department of Transportation Office of Inspector General. We have had this product for about 3 years and before that, I ran another audit management software for our agency for over 15 years. I am excited to network with other professionals using this product in this new community!
Welcome
Hello…. For those of you that don’t know me, I have worked for Ideagen now for 14 years this year, but I’ve had a relationship with the business for 27 years. I used to be a customer, and in the 1990’s myself and a colleague implemented Q-Pulse, many of you may remember the Purple Version 4! Having witnessed the business transformation first hand, that was enough to convince me, so I became a Q-Pulse business partner and consultant. Over the coming years I trotted the globe implemented hundreds of Q-Pulse projects in over 40 countries, in many domains and cultures, so I really do understand a customers perspective and needs, which is handy given my customer related roles over the years since joining the business in 2009.
I love to do the right things right, and I’m enthusiastic about encouraging others to do the same along the way, so I'm delighted my role allows me to leverage the knowledge and experience of our staff for the greater good of all our customers.
I also work closely with our Customer Council, and delighted to have such a talented representation of the wider customer base. As part of ongoing succession planning, we are always on the look out for potential new members, ready for when seats become available. If that’s something you are interested in, the community is a brilliant place to raise your own profile in anticipation of future consideration.
Finally, really looking forward to seeing how our community grows, after all it’s an amazing place where all our customers, near and far, can communicate to share best practice and ideas with their peers.
Welcome to new members who’ve joined in the last couple of weeks! We’re so thrilled that you’ve joined us so early in the journey that we’ve awarded you the Founding Member badge.
Hello, group!
I’m Stewart Raley. I am a Supervising Forensic Scientist in the Quality Assurance Unit at the Arizona Department of Public Safety Crime Laboratory. I have been in forensics for over 20 years. I have come to Ideagen through the Qualtrax acquisition. We have been a Qualtrax user since 2015. Qualtrax is included in the Ideagen Quality Management rebranding happening soon.
I am excited to be a part of this community. Just like every specialty, Forensic Science has its niche. But quality compliance is universal. I am interested to see what the next iteration of the quality management platform will deliver.
I hope this community is a place where ideas can flourish, and support is plentiful.
Great to be here!
Welcome
But quality compliance is universal.
I love this.
Howdy! I’m Lauren and I work at Ideagen as Software Development Team Lead. My team work on a product (Quality Control - Essentials) which isn’t included here in the community just yet but it’s great to see the place it could one day be a part of!
I’m UK based and come into the Nottingham office usually twice a week. I noticed not many have braved the ‘what are your interests?’ question so I’ll go for it!
I’m a huge geek so most of my hobbies are in that area: video games, card games, board games, tv and movies etc. But I do go outside sometimes and take part in archery and karate too :)
I always enjoy helping others which is why a community like this is great to see. Somewhere everyone can get help and information from the tribe.
Hello I'm Craig
Test Engineer and Think Big Ambassador.
I am a great mentor when putting teams together, I'm a hub personality through sdi screening and will incorporate and sit at the heart of any team or community, adding the value of my experience.
My greatest strength is my versatility. I am an all-rounder, flexible and adaptable and someone that will carryout tasks and duties outside of my job description to help the company. to ad maximum value to our customers.
I have a back ground in health, risk and compliance.
I love doing kickboxing for health and fitness, and to build my own personal confidence and discipline.
Hey, Ideagen Community!
My name is Samraj.
I’m a Community Specialist at Ideagen where my focus is Ideagen Community.
I hope to facilitate an environment in Ideagen Community where each community member feels valued and empowered to share their diverse ideas, perspectives, curiosities, and knowledge of relevant Ideagen solutions while receiving an engaging community member experience that complements their Ideagen product journey.
Outside of Ideagen, I enjoy walking with my dog, binge-watching TV shows, immersing myself in films, indulging in weekend catnaps, drinking fiery ginger beer, and scoffing down Mediterranean food.
Feel free to reach out to me for a chat at any time!
Hi
Hi All!
My name is Samuel Jackson (unfortunately no relation to the big man himself and the middle name is George).
I’ve been with Ideagen for almost 6 years, 4 of which were spent within the Service Delivery Department travelling the globe implementing and configuring our Quality software into various industries.
After having our first born in 2022 I decided to reign it in a bit and moved over to the Pre-Sales team where I now work from home in Nottinghamshire to support the sales teams within the Quality Pillar.
I have a passion for solving problems, resolving issues and talking to the community, so I’m super excited to be involved to be part of the Ideagen Community and to watch it grow!
Look forward to talking to you all in the future,
Sam
Hi Everyone,
Hello, My name is Victor. I am the Clinical Governance Coordinator for Pathology within The Leeds Teaching Hospitals Trust. We have only just moved from EQMS to Q-Pulse so we are going through a really big transformation process at the moment. I have coordinated the training and deployment of Q-Pulse to 677 staff so far.
Not only have we just taken on Q-Pulse but we have recently signed up for a LIMS and if that wasn’t enough we are planning to leave our home here at the Old Medical School (Part of the Leeds General Infirmary) and move to an entirely new building (Centre For Laboratory Medicine) based at St James’s Hospital which we hope to have completed with a new MSC by August of 2024. So really busy times for us.
I find Q-Pulse much more immersive and it’s functionality is so much boarder than EQMS it will really help us deliver our Quality Management System.
I’m looking forward to hearing hints and tips about Q-Pulse form the community and looking forward to sharing my experiences with you all.
Victor
Welcome
We’re so happy to have you here. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.
Hi all,

I manage a team of Technical Product Owners for Platform and Shared Services.
I joined Ideagen since November 2023.
Keen to learn more about Ideagen products, and understand the customer journeys, pains and gains.

Welcome Victor, I worked at both LGI and Jimmys back in the early 2000s in podiatry, othopaedics and pathology. I can imagine both have changed a lot since then!
Hi All!
I’m Robyn and I am an Office Manager. I work for ION Group, a financial services company. We have just started using WorkRite for all of our H&S assessments. Weeeel, maybe not all!
My interests include anything to do with fibre, i.e. knitting, crochet, spinning, weaving, etc.
I was hoping there would be more activity in this Community space so that we could brainstorm ways to make WorkRite (or other Ideagen software) work better. I have a lot of ideas, but no where to put them!
Cheers
Robyn

As you probably know, Ideagen Community is still fresh on the scene, and we're putting in the effort to spread the word among our customers. Your engagement in the WorkRite forums is a fantastic kick-off, and we appreciate you sparking those conversations!
We're genuinely excited to see your discussions and ideas during your journey with Ideagen. Looking forward to all the great interactions ahead!
