I am not able to locate the check box to mark the attachment as required? Shouldn't there be a column to mark the item as required so it shows as bold in the FAIR?
We added the last two items in the list today, but are unable to identify them as required. How would we complete this?

Hi Chris, You can edit the word 'Required' to anything you like. So if you want to replace it with 'Optional', then you can. The site configuration is in your control. The current status text field is purely a text field cell, so you can have anything you like. Hope this helps.

I am aware I can edit the fields to add a “required” or “optional” comment if I wanted to. However I thought there was a method to make the item Bold or otherwise highlighted based on the Report Style selected.
Thus the non bold items are optional and the bold items are required. Just an easily visual for the user. This would also allow the FAIR tool to call out when a “required” attachment is missing versus an optional attachment which would not result in a error message.

Hi Chris,
Unfortunately, there is no checkbox. The word being present is the flag on the Current Status form and makes it bald on the attachment's list.
