Hi there, I’m new to the People’s module.

So looking for any suggestions, tips, tricks or avoidable pitfalls, when setting up a training competency matrix. We are a manufacturing facility, with operators at different levels within various departments. My aim is to get the structure right from the start, so that I don’t have to go back over my work later, as I learn more.
