- No one seems to be getting automatic notifications on their email every time I make a document change that requires approval or acknowledgment from the team. The notifications are only visible once one logs in their QPulse account
- People cannot acknowledge documents, as the acknowledgement button (the green tick symbol on the upper part of the screen) is greyed out
- Documents that have been previously uploaded in PDF form (directives, manuals, etc., like the ones below) do not open. When we click on them the software crashes
