I am currently looking at rolling out Approval of documents on the platform and was wondering if the constant need for email, password and verification could be switched off. I can see it becoming cumbersome and people might try to skip the step
In settings in signature management you can turn on or off when this is required
In your case just untick document respond and for the whole database this will not be required. I have none on at all but it depends on your local procedures./requirements.
